SnapRFQ was built by a procurement professional who watched teams spend hours copying supplier quotes into Excel, only to still make gut-feel decisions. We think that's fixable — with the right tool, not a six-month implementation.
Procurement teams receive quotes by email, in PDFs, in Excel — all in different formats. Comparing them means manual data entry, version conflicts, and gut-feel decisions. Important compliance requirements get missed because the cheapest quote looks attractive on paper.
SnapRFQ parses supplier quotes directly from your email inbox and uploaded PDFs. It structures the data — price, incoterms, lead time, payment terms, warranty, certifications — and puts it into a side-by-side comparison with deterministic weighted scoring.
The key insight that separates us from generic procurement tools: mandatory fail detection. If you define ATEX Zone 2 certification or 316L material as mandatory, any supplier missing it is immediately disqualified — regardless of how low their price is. That's the kind of check that gets missed in a spreadsheet.
